Some filers encounter an unknown error when adding a Service Contact from the Party List.
This error can be caused by the Party not having an email address listed in the Parties tab.
To resolve the error, remove the recently added Service Contact, exit the draft, refresh the webpage, resume the draft, then add the Service Contact as a new Service Contact instead of using the "Add from Party List" option.
