NOTE: If you saved your draft in the H5 / Legacy version of the efiling website, you will not be able to open the draft on this version of the website.
NOTE: If you started an interview in the Guide & File website, you will not see your interview drafts in the eFile & Serve Legacy site until you complete your interview and submit it to the court.
A draft is an attempted filing that yet to be submitted to the court. Under the Drafts card, click on the listed draft item. You have now resumed the filing process.
Drafts can also be resumed by clicking on the View My Drafts link. This will take you to the Filing Drafts page will display all attempted drafts in chronological order, the most recent draft listed first.
You can also view your drafts by clicking on the three-line ("hamburger") button to open the sidebar menu, then clicking on "My Filings" and "Filing Drafts".
To pick up where you left off, click on the corresponding Actions button to the right of the draft and select the option to Resume Draft.
Please note that when you resume your draft, the submission date and time will automatically update to the day it's resumed and submitted.
