This error typically appears when the user is either uploading a document in the Filings page or trying to progress from the Fees page to the Summary page.
To rectify the error, we recommend the following troubleshooting steps:
- Check the file size of the document. Is the document too large for the draft?
- Check the File name. Is the name over 25 characters in length? Are there special characters/symbols in the file name (i.e. .!@#$%^&*)?
- Try removing the PDF currently uploaded to the Filings page and upload a different PDF. If the second PDF does not generate the error message, then the original PDF may be causing the error.
- Use the Print to PDF method to re-save the document(s) that may be causing the error.
