Sometimes, when a filer selects their state at the FileNow.me landing page, the web link options that usually appear in the menu beneath the state name do not appear as they should. (This typically occurs after a selection has already been made before the state is selected again by the user.)
When this occurs, refresh your browser page and the options should appear again like normal.
If the issue persists, clear your browser's cache and cookies, then refresh the browser page to bring the options back.
