Start a New Case if you do not have a case number and you want start a new case for the first time. If a case already exists, your filing will be rejected. You will need to come back and use "File into Existing Case".
At the Dashboard, click Start Filing.
Click the Start new case button in blue.
The Start New Case button will take you to the Case Information page.
