You can reach our Knowledge Base at any time by clicking on the Question Mark icon at the upper left corner of the screen, then by clicking the "Support" link in the dropdown menu that appears below.
A new window will appear advising you to either click a link to "browse our help articles," or to Contact Technical Support. Click the link that will take you to our help articles at our Knowledge Base.
The Knowledge Base should then appear in a new tab in your browser.
