Some filers have reported being unable to select dropdown menu options, like selecting Court Locations when searching for existing cases or the Payment Type when adding Payment Accounts. These filers are typically filing via desktop or laptop computer and not from a mobile device.
If you cannot select anything from any of our dropdown menus, you may need to check their browser for updates. If updates are available, update your browser, then completely restart your computer/device.
If you still cannot select the Court Location, disable all browser extensions (especially Norton or McAfee browser extensions or any security/privacy plugins or extensions like DuckDuckGo's privacy extension), then refresh the page and try again.
If those steps do not work, try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then refresh the page. (You may need to log in again afterward.)
If this does not work, try switching to a different browser.
