A common question regarding Service Contacts concerns the following scenario:
"I am a new user/new member of a firm. I need to add my service contact information to a multitude of cases in various courts. Am I able to add my contact information to all case numbers desired in one action?"
To add a service contact to multiple cases, you would need to add the contact to each case number separately. However, once you have added the contact from your Service Contacts/Firm Service Contacts list, you will be able to see the list of cases the contact is attached to on the Service Contact page under your Actions menu.
If an edit is made to the existing contact on this page, the edit will take place on all cases the contact is attached to, including deleting the contact from the Service Contacts/Firm Service Contacts page.
