To learn more about viewing the Service Contacts on your case, please select one of the following options:
FOR MOST STATES
In order to view the Service Contacts list associated with a particular case, you will need to do the following:
1. At the Dashboard, click on Search Cases at the bottom of the Case Search box.
2. In the Case Search box, select the Location and enter in the Case Number. Click Search.
3. Click the Actions button to the right of the case number, then select View Service contacts from the dropdown menu.
4. The Service Contact(s) name and email are now displayed.

FOR LOUISIANA
In order to view the Service Contacts associated with a particular case, you will need to do the following:
1. At the Dashboard, click on Search Cases.
2. Select the Location and enter in the case number. Click Search.
3. Confirm the case and click on the Service Contact icon to the right of the case number.
4. If emails have been added, click on the Click to Expand link that corresponds with the Party. Note: If many service contacts and/or parties are listed, use the filter options at the top of the Service page to filter down the results.
5. The Service Contact(s) name and email are now displayed.
