To learn more about viewing the Service Contacts on your case, please follow the instructions below:
In order to view the Service Contacts list associated with a particular case, you will need to do the following:
1. At the Dashboard, click on Search Cases at the bottom of the Case Search box.
2. In the Case Search box, select the Location and enter in the Case Number. Click Search.
3. Click the Actions button to the right of the case number, then select View Service contacts from the dropdown menu.
4. The Service Contact(s) name and email are now displayed.
