This means someone on the service contact list did not receive the service notification by email. Two reasons this could happen:
- The service email was rejected by the users email server. The owners of this email will need to whitelist the eFile notifications email. See How do I whitelist an e-mail?
- The email address is incorrect on the case service contact list.
It is recommended to try serving the contact that service was undeliverable to after troubleshooting, or using a different method of service approved by your court.
