How do I whitelist an e-mail?

Never received an email notification? It is possible that you need to whitelist the eFile email.

Sometimes when e-mails are sent, they get stopped at the receiving e-mail server because the e-mail may not be recognized or thought to be possible spam or junk. In order to prevent e-mails from being stopped from delivery, whitelisting an e-mail address may be necessary. Whitelisting tells the e-mail server that an e-mail address is safe for delivery. You will need to add the email address below in regards to your state.

If whitelisting is not performed with your email server, it is possible after many bounced back attempts of delivery that the email will be placed on a no send list(also called Suppression List /  blacklist). Click here to learn more about this Suppression list/ blacklist.
