Sometimes, the Administrative Copy email address on a Service Contact will not receive email notifications from the efiling system.
If a Service Contact was added to a case's Service Contacts list from the Public List, then the Administrative Copy email address(es) attached to that contact will not receive eservice notifications.
To ensure that an Administrative Copy email address receives eservice notifications, you must add a Service Contact to a case manually or from your personal or firm Service Contacts list.
Multiple Administrative Copy emails must be separated by a comma, but not with a space.
