To learn how to add a Lead Attorney to one of the Parties on your case, please follow the instructions below:
Adding a lead attorney to party on a case can be done under the Parties page.
Click the pencil icon directly to the right of the party.
Scroll down the screen to the Attorney Information section. Click under the Lead Attorney box.
At the lower right hand corner, click Save.
Notes:
You cannot add a lead attorney in the eFile site without submitting (eFiling) something to the court, so the court receives the lead attorney information.
Some courts allow filers to add a second Attorney to their Parties while other courts do not.
Once an Attorney is successfully added to a Party, Filer Support cannot change this data.
