To process your request to remove a service contact from a case, copy and paste the form below.
Please complete all the fields (1-7) below and email it to support@odysseyfileandserve.zendesk.com.

- Case Number: (Please make sure you list the case number in the correct format, including all commas, hyphens, etc.)

Once the information above is completed and returned, your request will be processed.

Please Note: We can only remove the service contact from your firm. If a service contact from another firm needs to be removed, please contact that firm to have that contact removed.
- The email domains for both the requestor and the email address to be removed must match, or we will not be able to remove the email from the Service Contacts list.
- Example: A form sent from user@firmname.com will not be able to remove a service contact for email contact@gmail.com.
- Email addresses from generic email domains, such as Gmail, AOL, Yahoo, etc. will only be removed if the request is from the person who owns that email address.
- The email domains for both the requestor and the email address to be removed must match, or we will not be able to remove the email from the Service Contacts list.
- Please Note: If you receive an error when trying to send this email to support@odysseyfileandserve.zendesk.com, try sending the email to efiling.support@tylertech.com instead.
NOTE: If upon receipt of your removal request, we discover the contact was attached to the case by the court, we will not be able to remove it. In this situation, we will advise you to contact the court directly to have the contact removed.
