Sometimes, a user cannot find the Party Type they need when adding a Party to either a new or existing filing in the Party information tab.
All available Party types are configured per each court, per each case type. If the filer is adding a Party to an existing matter, the available Party Types may be based on the previously existing parties on the case.
Unfortunately, Filer Support cannot alter these Party types, as they are typically configured on a court-by-court, case by case basis.
