Service Contacts can be added using the Filing History.
At the Dashboard, click on View Filing History.
Find the case either by scrolling down the screen or using the Filter on the left to locate the case in the filing history. Once the case is found, click on the Actions button, then select View Service Contacts.
Click the Add button at the top right of the screen, then select one of the available options.
- Add Me: This option adds your email address to whichever Party you select.
- From Party List: This option adds an email address attached to one of the Parties to the Service Contacts list.
- Firm List: This option will add a Service Contact from the Firm / Pro Se account's Service Contact master list.
- Public List: This option will allow you to search from a list of emails that are publicly available.
- Add New Contact: This option will allow you to enter a name and email on the case.
PLEASE NOTE: Not all courts allow users to add new Service Contacts to existing cases.
Once the email address has been added, it will appear underneath the Party you assigned it to.
