As of now, there is no method for Firm Administrators to approve users on the Cloud version of the e-File website. Instead, Firm Administrators must log into the Legacy version of the website (if available) to approve new user accounts.

If a user account is not approved, then the user was likely sent the invite link from the Legacy version of the website, and the user was registered through the Legacy site. Firm Administrators should check their Firm Information settings at the Legacy site to see if approval is required for a user to join the Firm Account.

Any users who are added through the Cloud version of the e-File website are automatically approved.

If the Cloud version is available, then Firm Administrators should use that version in the future.
