The efile website primarily accepts PDF documents for court submissions. In most courts, you can only file your documents as PDF files, whether they are created in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat.
In some select courts, filers may be able to file Proposed Orders as Microsoft Word documents (DOC or DOCX files). If this is possible in the court you are filing into, then the Filings section of your envelope may look similar to what you see in the screenshot below.
The Texas Court of Appeals, Criminal Court of Appeals, and Supreme Court are able to upload audio/video files. Filers will see additional accepted file types listed when selecting a Filing Code that allows for an Audio/Video file upload.
