Sometimes, filers on mobile devices (Apple iPhone, Android, etc.) will notice that the CAPTCHA verification in the Reset Password box (see below) is missing, preventing them from completing their password reset.
We do not recommend using mobile devices to access the efiling website. We recommend using desktop or laptop computers instead.
If filers have no other recourse, however, here are some troubleshooting steps that may help:
- Try refreshing the webpage.
- Try switching to Desktop Mode.
- Are you using the mobile device's default browser?
Try installing and using a different browser, like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, instead.
