If your browser's Autofill function is preventing you from logging in because it uses outdated password data, you will have to access your browser's Password Manager to update your login information.
Below, we have provided instructions for the following browsers and computers:

Mozilla Firefox on Windows Computer
1. Locate and click the 3 horizontal lines icon at the top right of the page and choose "Passwords".
2. Locate and click the website you would like to view or update your login credentials for. You may use the "Search Logins" field to search by the website name.
3. Select the "Edit" icon to edit your login credentials. Select "Copy" to the right of the Username/Password fields to copy the information. Click the Eye icon to the right of the "Password" field to view the saved password.
Google Chrome on Windows Computer
1. Locate and click the 3 vertical dots icon at the top right of the page and choose "Passwords and Autofill" and then select "Google Password Manager".
2. Locate and click the website where you would like to view or update your login credentials. (You may use the "Search Passwords" field to search by the website name.)
3. You may be prompted to enter your Windows password at this step. Once completed, select "OK."
4. Select the "Edit" button to edit your login credentials. Select the Copy icon to the right of the Username/Password fields to copy the saved information. Click the Eye icon to the right of the "Password" field to view the saved password.
Microsoft Edge on Windows Computer
1. Locate the 3 horizontal dots icon at the top right of the page and choose "Settings".
2. On the Settings page, select "Profiles" on the left.
3. Scroll down and select "Passwords". This will open your Microsoft Wallet.
4. Locate the website where you would like to view or update your login credentials. (You may use the "Search passwords" field to search by the website name.) Once located, click the Eye icon to view the saved password.
5. Select the 3 horizontal dots icon to edit your login credentials, or select "Copy Password" to copy the saved password.
Apple Safari on MacBook
1. Locate and click "Safari" at the top left of your browser window. Select "Settings".
2. At the top of your Settings, locate and click the "Passwords" tab. If prompted to enter your password or to use Touch ID, complete this step.
3. Locate and click the website where you would like to view or update your login credentials. You may use the "Search" field to search by the website name. Once located, click the "Edit" button to view/update saved information.
Google Chrome for MacBook
1. Locate and click "Chrome" at the top left of your browser window. Select "Settings".
2. On the right, select "Autofill and Passwords" and then select "Google Password Manager".
3. On the right, select "Passwords". Locate and click the website where you would like to view or update your login credentials. You may use the "Search passwords" field to search by the website name.
4. If prompted to enter your password or to use Touch ID, complete this step.
5. Select the "Edit" button to edit your login credentials. Select the Copy icon to the right of the Username/Password fields to copy the saved information. Click the Eye icon to the right of the "Password" field to view the saved password.
