Note: The Required Party lines must be completed in order to proceed to the next section.
You will also need to complete the Required Parties first before adding additional parties. - Note: Adding another Party will require the action of filing to the court so that the Party is added to the Case Records.
- Note: There may be limits as to how many parties you may add to a case, though this limit may differ from one court to another. Once you reach this limit, the Add Party function may disappear, preventing you from adding more parties.
To learn how to add additional Parties to a new or existing case, please follow the instructions below:
To Add an additional party, click on the button located underneath any required/existing case parties.
Once this button is selected, complete the information required (noted with an asterisk).
Once all information is entered for the additional party, select the button.
Note: If you do not see when filing, you will want to contact the court for assistance in adding additional parties to your case. Some courts will not allow this option, or may add the parties after the filing is processed.
