GoToAssist Instructional Guide for the Filer. Must be with a technical support agent on a phone call in order to initiate a screen share.
Type in Your Name and support Key provided by agent.
Click the Continue button.
Next you will see a screen that says (Please wait for the agents next instructions).
Next you will see a share button. Please click it.
After clicking share you will see. Please choose entire screen and then click which screen and then share.
Your agent will be able to see your screen.
If you want the agent to take control of the screen, follow the steps below.
- NOTE: Software support gents may only take control of the screen if the user is disabled (deaf / blind) and requires additional assistance.
Click Download application.
Then click the application to run it.
Now your agent will be able to control the screen.
