To copy an envelope, perform the following steps:
On the Dashboard menu, click on View Filing History.
The Filing History page is displayed.
Left side is the Status filter, select Rejected from the Status dropdown menu, and then click Apply Filter.
The returned envelopes are displayed, per the filter that you set.
Scroll through page to locate the rejected envelope that you want to correct.
Click on the Actions menu directly to the right of the envelope number, select Copy Envelope.
- Please Note: All filings must be rejected in the envelope for the copy envelope option to appear. If there is at least one accepted filing, you will need to file into the case. The copy envelope can also only be used once. If you click the copy envelope, the envelope is likely in draft status which can be resumed.
- Please Note: If a filer does not have a draft created or the copy envelope option still does not appear, they must begin a new filing using the correct information.
Navigate through the top tabs of the envelope to verify the information. Make any changes as appropriate.
The Filings tab is where you can make edits to the documents that have been uploaded. Navigate to the Filings tab by clicking Filings at the top of the screen.
Click the pencil icon (edit filing) to the right of the Filing that needs to be corrected.
Scroll down the screen. Locate the Lead Document and click on trash can icon to remove the document.
Click Select files button to upload the new document.
Select the Document and Save.
After you have corrected the envelope, make sure to click on Submit.
