An automated certificate of Service will be created if eFileAndServe is chosen as a Filing type. The document will be attached as the last page of your Lead Document; if the document is not present and you need it for your records, contact the court to obtain a copy. Although Texas serves at submission, the certificate is not sent until the filing is accepted by the court.
Note: Not all courts in the state of Texas are configured to receive automated certificate of service.
