Error typically happens on initial (new case) filings. User has selected eFileAndServe as a filing type. User navigates to the Fees section and error occurs after clicking the Calculate Fees button.
Fix: Navigate back to the Filings tab, make sure all filings have the type eFile only, not eFileAndServe.
Since this is an initial filing, users can still add their emails to the Service section. Electronic service by email is not allowed.
If you check the configuration on the older version of the website against the new version with same location and case type, the old version will only have the eFile only option, whereas the new version is displaying the eFileAndServe option.
