Instructions below on how to bulk eFile into multiple cases using the File Leave of Absence option.
Only available for the following courts:
At the Dashboard, click on the File Leave of Absence button.
On the Options tab, enter the Filing Name. Click the Next button at the lower right hand corner. (Scroll down)
On the Cases tab, the Created By, Location, Case Number, and Date Range allow the option to filter through the accounts Filing History. Note: If your account has never eFiled into a case, then the case won't appear in the Filter search. You will have to individually file into those cases that don't have prior Filing History.
Scroll down the screen, select your cases using the check boxes on the left of the case number. Click the Next button at the lower right hand corner.
On the Filing tab, select a Filing type. Enter information into the optional fields of Filing Description, Client Reference Number and Comment to Court. Click the Browse button to upload your document. Click the Next button at the lower right hand corner.
On the Save tab, confirm the filing and cases. Click Save at the lower right hand corner.
Drafts are created with a draft number and filing name listed at the top of screen. Click Fees at the lower right hand corner to continue.
To apply one payment to call cases, click into Apply Payment Account to All Drafts, select your Payment Account and click Apply to All.
You can also scroll down and apply different payment accounts to different cases.
Select the Party Responsible for Fees for each case, and click Calculate Fees. Once the fees are calculated, click on Summary.
Review the cases, click the box for any submission agreements (if applicable) and click Submit at the lower right hand corner.
