If you received a service email with a hyperlink to click but clicking the link doesn't generate a document to view, this issue could be caused by the following:
1.) A pop-up blocker on your web browser. Look for icons at the top right of the screen or at the bottom of your screen requesting to allow pop ups from TylerHost.
2.) If a new window does open but no document appears, check the web address in your browser.
Service link is breaking due to a '.'(period) missing either between:
(Texas efile website only)
- efile and txcourts, OR
- txcourts and gov
(All other states eFile websites)
- documents and aspx
3.) This will have to be fixed on the user's end. This can be a setting in the user's email software or web browser.
- Solution #1: You can right-click on the "Download Document" and copy the the hyperlink (or highlight and copy the entire link, if it appears in the eservice notification), then paste it in a new browser window and add the missing '.' (period) to view your service document.
- Solution #2 You can right-click on the "Download Document" and copy the the hyperlink (or highlight and copy the entire link, if it appears in the eservice notification), then paste it in a new browser window and change the "tylerhost.net" suffix to "tylertech.cloud" in the document's URL (web address).
