Service contacts can be added using the Filing History.
At the Dashboard, click on View Filing History.
Find the case either by scrolling down the screen or using the Filter on the left to locate the case in the filing history. Once the case is found, click on the corresponding service contacts icon on the right.
Click one of the Add Service Contacts option at the top of the screen.
From My Firm will add from the Firm account service contact master list.
From Public List will allow you to search from a list of emails that are publicly available.
Add New Contact will allow you to enter a name and email on the case.
To confirm the email, click on the Click to Expand link to view the email.
