If you received a Service Notification, but the service document is not stamped or signed, it is possible the court does not stamp the type of document filed.
This is common with Proposed Orders, but can occur with any filing based on the court's configuration and procedures. You will need to contact your court for more information/to obtain a signed file stamped copy.
Note: If service is sent at time of submission, you will need to check the service links periodically for the accepted file stamped copy, as the document is stamped when the filing is accepted.
Additionally, if the filing is cancelled or rejected, the document will not receive a file stamp.
