Follow the instructions below to run a reconciliation report of fees charged to your account.
Click on the three horizontal lines at the top left and select Reports.
Choose the option of either My Filings or My Firm. Check or uncheck the statuses. Enter in date range or click on the calendar. Click on Download Report.
You will then be prompted to open or Save the spreadsheet of charges.
Note: The Reports gathers all information within the eFile Firm account. If a charge on your statement does not match the report, it is possible that a person in your firm/agency is using the same credit card or bank account in a seperate eFile account. Firm Admins of the account can click the horizontal lines option at the top left and check the list of users in the account to see if all users can be accounted for.
Reporting will not include filings submitted from a different eFile site or with a different provider.
