Follow the instructions below on how to remove an email from the service contact list of a case.
You will only be able to remove a service contact you, or someone from your firm, added to the case.
At the Dashboard, click on Search Cases.
Select the court Location, enter in the Case Number, click on Search.
Once the case appears, to the right of the case number, click on the Service Contacts icon.
Case Service Contact appears. Find the associated party then click on the "Click to expand" link to see all listed emails
Directly to the right of the email, click on the Trash can icon to remove the email.
Note: If there is no Trash can icon to the right of the contact email, this means you did not add the contact and you will be unable to remove it. In this situation you will need to complete the form below and send it into support to have the contact removed.

We can only remove a service contact from your firm from a case. If a service contact from another firm needs to be removed, please contact that firm to have them removed. Once the form is completed and returned, your request will be processed.
NOTE: If, upon receipt of your removal request, we discover the contact was attached to the case by the court, we will not be able to remove it. In this situation, we will advise you to contact the court directly to have the contact removed.
