Follow the instructions below to add a new user to your Firm account.
At the Dashboard, click on the 3 horizontal lines at the top left of the screen. Click on Firm Users.
Note: Only Firm Admins can add new users to the account.
Right side of the screen, click the +ADD USER icon.
Enter in the required fields of First Name, Last Name and Email. Click on Invite.
The person you invite will receive two emails:
(1) An email notifying them that they were invited by you to join this firm.
(2) A second email to reset their password so they can sign in to their new account.

NOTE: If needing to re-send an activation email, please remove the user and re-add by clicking the trash can icon next to the user. Then proceed to re-add the user to send an activation email to their email address.
