Sometimes, filers who change their e-File accounts from Firm Accounts to Individual Accounts will encounter the following error.
If you see this error in your envelope (especially if Party Information disappears), then you will either want to create a new draft of your filing or contact the court clerks at the court you filed into and advise them to contact Court Support for assistance.
If the error persists, you may need to delete your current account, register a new account, then try your filing again.
