On occasion, a filer may get a "Download Not Found" error message when trying to download and view their uploaded case documents on the Summary page prior to submission. The documents will still appear to be uploaded properly in the Filings tab, but the filer still gets the "Download Not Found" error on the Summary page.
When this occurs, the filer should exit the draft and sign out of their account, clear their browser's cookies, then sign in and resume the draft to clear the error.
