You may reach out to the court directly to inquire about any procedures available to prevent someone from adding you to a case, or you may reach out to the other parties on a case to request they refrain from adding you to a case.
If you have been added to a case's Service Contacts list by mistake, you may fill out the Service Contact Removal Request form and send it to us. Filer Support can then remove you from the Service Contacts lists of the cases specified.
