This error appears anytime Service Contacts do not have valid email addresses or eService methods (Email or Certified Mail) selected in a case's Service Contacts list.
To resolve the error, ensure that all Service Contacts have valid email addresses. If they do, check to see if there are any misspellings in the email addresses that may be causing issues. Delete and retype any email addresses needed to correct the problem. Make sure all Service Contacts have a method of eService selected as well.
