Some filers using the latest version of our website may receive the following error: "A default court identifier is not configured. Please contact support to set up the configuration via administrative pages."
Filers receive this error message because the website they are using is still being configured and isn't completely "live" yet. Either portions of the site are still not functional or a new court location has been added that still has yet to be configured properly.
While filers may still create their accounts, they cannot efile their documents via the website - or they cannot efile into that specific court - yet.
