Sometimes, a firm user may not be able to select the Firm Attorney they need to select from the Filing Attorney dropdown menu on the Fees tab.
The Firm Attorney in question may not be active in the system. This may cause the system to prompt the Firm Administrator to add an attorney to the firm account's Attorneys list, even though the attorney in question may already be listed there.
The attorney may have been added via an earlier iteration of the website or they may have gone inactive for some other reason. To resolve this problem, the Firm Administrator should re-add the attorney to the Attorneys list, then delete the older data.
