Some users filing from a work computer may be unable to upload documents to the Filings tab of their drafts. This is due to workplace information technologies (IT) security policies set in place by their office's system administrator or other IT professional.
If you cannot upload documents into your draft and get an error message that uploads are blocked, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- If you are filing via a smartphone with its own Internet connection like a smartphone, take your device off your work's WiFi connection and file using your phone's data connection instead.
- Contact your office's system administrator or IT / network professional and see if they can temporarily change the company's security policy or firewall settings to allow you to upload your documents via the eFiling system.
