When some new filers attempt to login, they may receive the following error message:
"Server Error in '/OfsEfsp' Application.
The following error occurred during GetCurrentUser: [-4] Authentication failed, invalid/expired authentication token or email/password combination"
This error occurs if you haven't activated your efiling account. If you still have the activation email that the system sent you, please click the activation link in the email so you may login and use your account.
