Sometimes, the following error occurs when filers attempt to cancel an envelope:
"Unknown error occurred. Refresh the page to try again. Contact support if problem does not resolve within the next minute."
To resolve the error, try logging out, clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then logging back in to view the envelope's filing details.
The filing may already have been submitted and accepted or rejected by the court. If the filing was accepted, you must contact the court to have them cancel the filing on their end. If the filing was rejected, simply copy the envelope and refile it after having made any necessary corrections.
