This article provides information on how to manage your bulk filings for existing cases, including your already-submitted filings or your bulk filing drafts.
Select one of the two options below to continue.
Manage Your Submitted Bulk Filings
To manage your submitted bulk filings, click the three-line ("hamburger") menu button in the upper left corner of the filer dashboard, then click the My Filings menu option. Next, select the Bulk History option to continue.
Your submitted bulk filings should be featured in the Bulk History page. Click either the name of the bulk filing or click the small black down arrow to the right of the filing to show the individual envelopes in one of your bulk filings.
If your bulk filing was rejected by the court or if you cancelled it, you can begin the process of correcting and refiling it by clicking the Copy button at the far right of the bulk filing's name.
To view the envelope details for the envelopes in your bulk filing, click the View Details button at the right of the individual envelope, as you would for non-bulk filings.
Manage Your Bulk Filing Drafts
To manage your bulk drafts, click the three-line ("hamburger") menu button in the upper left corner of the filer dashboard, then click the My Filings menu option. Next, select the Bulk Drafts option to continue.
Click either the name of the bulk filing or click the small black down arrow to the right of the filing to show the individual envelopes in one of your bulk filings.
Click the Edit button to the right of the bulk filing's name to edit the details of the bulk filing or its component drafts. If you need to delete this bulk filing, click the Delete button.
To add another case to your bulk filing, you can click the bulk filing's Actions button at the upper right corner of the screen. To add one or more documents to the cases in your bulk filing, you can click the Bulk Add Filings next to the Actions button.
To edit one of the drafts, click the Edit button to the right of draft name to edit the draft, or click the Actions button to show the various actions you can take for that draft (Delete Draft, Add/Edit Parties, Add/Edit Filings, and Add/Edit Service).
If you click the Bulk Add Filings button, the next screen will prompt you to select a draft to add the new documents to. You can either click the blank checkbox next to one of the courts and select all the filings in that court or you can click the checkbox next to each draft to select them specifically.
You can also use add a check to the blank checkbox next to the Select All option at the upper left of the screen or you can use the Filter options to search for drafts in your bulk filing by court Location, Case Category, or Case Type, if you have many drafts you need to search through.
Once you have the drafts you need to add files to selected, click the blue Add Filings button to continue.
At the Add Filings tab, click the Add Filing button to upload a filing, as you would with any normal filing.
Once you have uploaded your document, click the blue Save Filings button at the lower right corner of the screen to continue.
Double-check the information for the document you are adding to your drafts, then click the blue Save button to lock in your changes.
If the document is added successfully, you will see a green toast message at the upper right corner of the screen advising you that the new document is being added to your drafts.
You should be taken back to the Save Filings screen once your document has been added to your drafts. Click the blue Done button to return to your bulk filing draft.
