Sometimes, the following error occurs when filers attempt to view an envelope's filing details:
"Unknown error occurred. Refresh the page to try again. Contact support if problem does not resolve within the next minute."
To resolve the error, try logging out, clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then logging back in to view the envelope's filing details.
If this does not resolve the problem, try logging into the Legacy version of your state's efiling website (if available) and viewing the envelope's details there.
