Some courts accept electronic service (or eService) as a valid method of serving another party on a case with the appropriate legal paperwork. For these courts, you could send copies of your filings to the other party or parties via either the EFile & Serve or Service Only Filing Types.
Please refer to the following articles for more information:

Please Note: We highly recommend that a filer add only their own email address to the Service Contacts list of any given case. If the other party or parties on a case wish to make their information available for eService, they may add their email addresses to the Service Contacts list as well.

Other courts, however, do not accept eService as a viable method of sending legal documents to another party and would prefer you use some form of physical service, like sending copies of the e-filed documents to the other party or parties via process server, constable, sheriff, or via certified mail. You will find more information on how to add such methods of service to your filing below.
For more information on which service methods are acceptable, please contact the filing clerks at the court you plan to file into.
