When adding a payment account, each required field will need to have data entered in order to continue.
Some users report not seeing all required fields load. One example of this is the Zip/Postal Code box. This field is listed at the bottom of the form to enter payment in. If you are not seeing this field load, this can be due to the browser not loading the page properly.
