Sometimes, a court clerk may return or reject your filing without leaving any rejection comments that specify why the filing was returned.
When this occurs, filers may try to view the Legacy version (if one is available) of the eFile website to see if the court's rejection comments appear there.
If this option does not work or is not available, then filers must reach out to the clerks at the court they submitted their filings to for more information as to why their document or documents were rejected.
Software support representatives are not agents of the court and cannot answer such questions. They are not legal experts and know little about court procedures specific to filers' states or counties. Software support agents may only provide assistance with technological problems with the efiling website or with website navigation.
