There are a few reasons why this could have occurred:
You have not added your email to the Service Contact list of a case. Please Note: If you are the filer, you must add yourself as a service contact in order to receive notification on eServe/Service Only filings.

- If the filing party did not select eFileAndServe or Serve to the filing, then you will not be e-Served with the document. These filings are referred to as eFile only.
- Click here to learn more about Filing Types
- The service contact was not selected to receive a notification of service for this filing.
- The service contact was added after the filing was submitted.
If you believe you should have received service you will need to contact the filing party to obtain proof of service. We are just one of many ways service can be sent. The technical support team will not be able to provide information regarding what actions a user took on a case.
