Filings have been accepted by the clerks, but the "Accepted" email notifications have not been sent.
Some courts are set up with a two-step acceptance process requiring them to accept the filing in their review queues as well as within their case management systems (CMS) in order for the accepted notifications to be sent out. If both steps are not performed, email notifications will not be sent out.
Filers may contact the technical support staff at 1-800-297-5377 if filers need email notifications to be sent again. Only service notifications whose statuses are listed as either Error or Not Sent may be resent by support staff.
Regardless whether notifications are sent again or not, filers may obtain file-stamped copies of their documents using this method.
