Sometimes, you may be advised by the court to add a specific fee or function to your envelope. Unfortunately, that specific fee in the Optional Services (also called Other Services) section in the Filings tab of your draft doesn't appear.
When this occurs, you should first try selecting a different applicable Filing Code, as some optional services are tied to specific Filing Codes. Contact the clerks at the courts you are filing into for assistance with selection appropriate Filing Codes for your case documents.
If changing the Filing Code doesn't work, you should contact the court clerks for more information. Maybe the optional service you need is named something different and the court can help you locate and select the appropriate additional fee, as these optional services are configured on a court-by-court basis. In the worst case scenario, the option you need may be missing, and the court clerks should then contact our Court Support team to help resolve the problem.
